Degi red chilli powder: 1 tsp

Oil: 1 tsp
Ghee: 1-2 tbsp
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Onion: 3 medium-sized (sliced)
Garlic: 1 tbsp (chopped)
Green chilli: 1 no. (chopped)

Powdered Spices:
Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
Degi red chilli powder: 2 tsp
Garam masala: ¼ tsp
Coriander powder: 2 tsp

Other Ingredients:
Hot water: A splash
Salt: To taste
Hot water: As required
Ghee: 1 tbsp
Asafoetida: ½ tsp
Sugar: ½ tsp
Paneer: 400 grams (cubes)
Fresh cream: 4 tbsp
Ginger: 1 inch (julienne)
Garam masala: A pinch
Fresh coriander: A handful (chopped)
