Fixing my Clam Shelter

I love(d) my Quick-Set Clam Shelter. It was easy to take up and down and the cats loved it too. And then, I didn't. Somehow, I got one of the walls twisted so that it was inside out. I tried to fix it, but failed. Now a second wall did the same thing. It's an expensive set up - about $500 for the option that includes the floor and wind panels. I was totally frustrated by the whole thing.

But guess what? I'm back in love with my Clam Shelter. Why? Because of EXCELLENT customer service. I sent them a video of what was going wrong with the shelter and they emailed me back. I gave them my number and the customer service rep called me and then walked me through each step that I needed to take to fix it. We Facetimed so he could actually see what I was doing and correct me when needed.

So now, my Clam Shelter works great again. And I am totally impressed with Customer Service. If this happens to your Clam tent, contact the company and ask them to help. Be nice about it too! The cause of the problem is likely user error.
