This video highlights some of the key features between some of the most loved and most used EQ's in the business. Each EQ is carefully set to replicate the Hardware EQ (the Customaudiogermany HDE-250A) and samples have been made for accurate listening comparison. It is advised that you listen on high quality headphones or monitors with a good sound card or converter to best hear the subtle differences. By all means feel free to use the settings provided and apply them to the original sample and to compare with your own favourite EQ's!
This test is not conclusive but rather a good way to compare some of the Best EQ's in the business and also to see what key features benefits each of the EQ's tested may have. In this test we are using Mid Side capable EQ's that are known for their accuracy and musicality.

Please feel free leave comments of your favourite samples. It would be impossible to TEST every EQ, so I have applied the settings to some of the industry's most common.
