Adding Old-work🤔 recessed lighting in a drywall covered ceiling

I'm a Master Electrician on Maryland's Eastern Shore wiring new construction homes. A Customer change there mind about the blueprint's layout for a table light that was centered in the dinning room. They had me remove it to install 3qty. 6" Halo ic/at rated old work style recessed lighting cans in it's place. Come along with me and I'll show you how I do it.
