Turkish Urfa Kebab Recipe

If you love Turkish bbq, then learning to grill urfa is a must. Whether you have a charcoal or a gas grill.

Ingredients:

1,1 lbs (1 kg) minced lamb (30 % fat)
1 Cup (2,5 dl) Copped Parsley
1 Cramen pepper
1 Onion
1 1/2 tsp Urfa biber
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder

Marinate time: 6 Hours
Cooking time: 7-10 min
