(HandyDryers Kangarillo 2) AIKE AK2801 at Thickthorn Park & Ride - Norwich - ♿️🚼

Here's another AIKE at Thickthorn Park & Ride, which is another P&R core site which First now operate. This dryer has the old sealant remaining around it which confirms that the 4 P&R buildings of this format (Harford, Thickthorn, Costessey and Sprowston) would've all had Model As originally, and one can be seen in an older Street View outside Costessey as a door was left open. It's a shame that they were all replaced over COVID without the toilets being refurbished really.

The toilets at this site fall more into the very worn category than anything, and really need a full refurbishment along with the whole building being facelifted. I also find the "lift bar before lowering" sign to be high amusing, as the replacement grab rail and 6 new tiles clearly show that someone ripped the old one completely out of the wall.

Fun fact: The driver on my bus back from this site was dressed up as Santa!
