Best Frijoles De La Olla
I hope you all enjoy my Frijoles de la olla recipe! This is a traditional Mexican dish made with whole beans that have been slow-cooked in a clay pot or a large pot on the stove. So healthy and good!
Ingredients:
2 cups pinto beans (or black, yellow, etc)
6 cups water
¼ medium white onion peeled
1 garlic clove peeled
½ teaspoon kosher or sea salt or more to taste
