Super Bowl Fanfare Bus Tour 2026

During Super Bowl LX Week, NFL Alumni Health and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration partnered with Big Bus Tours to raise awareness of the dangers of fentanyl in beautiful San Francisco. NFL Legends like 49er Garrison Hearst joined the cause and spent hours meeting fans.

The day blended energy, education, and heartfelt testimony. The Vacaville High School Marching Band ignited Ghirardelli Square and Pier 39 with impromptu drumline performances, drawing enthusiastic crowds as former NFL players and NFL Alumni Health's Wendy Steele greeted fans, handed out flyers and swag, and spoke candidly about the dangers of fentanyl.

The Big Bus Tours of San Francisco double-decker carried participants through downtown San Francisco, stopping at Union Square, Pier 39, and crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, turning the city itself into a moving platform for awareness.
