Hi guys! So today I wanted to share my fitness and weight loss journey because at 43 years old, it gets tougher! I have lost a few pounds in the last 2 months and this is what has worked for me. I have always been into fitness and health and I used to be a personal trainer before I got into the skincare business! Weight loss after 40 can be a challenge! My protein smoothie recipe:
