BEST RICE PUDDING---HOLIDAY DESSERT COLLAB

This is a holiday family favorite we share every Holiday. The creamiest rice pudding you've ever had! Two Family Homestead invited me to join the Holiday Dessert Collab! Check out the playlist with all the other great channels for wonderful holiday family desserts!

Aunt Ann's Rice Pudding

1 1/3 C rice
small piece of butter
2 Quarts milk
1 Can Evaporated milk
1 1/4 C sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
cinnamon to taste
raisins if desired

Cover rice with water in large pan.
Add salt and a small piece of butter.
Cook off water over medium to low heat.
Add the milk and evaporated milk and cook until rice is done/tender.
Beat eggs until frothy and add sugar and beat together well.
Add mixture to rice while still cooking, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add the cinnamon and raisins if desired.
Chill and serve.
