IF YOU DON'T SAWMILL THE SAME WAY I DO, THAT'S OK

The last top plate is milled for our timber framed barn build, finally. Tonight we put the last of the big timbers on the sawmill and got it done. What a good feeling to have it cut down to dimension. I also showed tonight what a log with bark on it does to a band blade. I was barely able to get one log out of one band blade with the bark on it, by the time I got to the last cut it was pushing pretty hard. I will say though that for as dirty as that log was it came out really well.
