International build start collecting parts for the crew cab cummins swap 4x4 IHC

In this build series I work on collecting all the parts to start the 1960 IHC build, by using a 1996 second gen Cummins 4x4 pickup as the base for the crew cab international build. The plan is to build it as a crew cab diesel pickup running super singles all around.
