It's about the rehearsal of the Main Naval Parade in St Petersburg. The parade itself is today; today is the last Sunday of July, it means that today is the Day of the Russian Navy (День ВМФ, День Военно-Морского Флота), which is celebrated annually, on the last Sunday of July. I didn't visit the parade today, but I visited the rehearsal on July, 18 and made a short video about it - for you.
