Governor Doug Ducey kicks off Red Ribbon Week at "Addiction: The Elephant in the Room"

"Addiction: The Elephant in the Room" was an event by the Arizona Governor's Office of Youth Faith and Family to kick off Red Ribbon Week. Governor Doug Ducey, Debbie Moak (Director), and other state dignitaries joined forces with many who have personally been affected by drug addiction, including singer/songwriter Rick Hale.
