This is my rice water final hair update video. You will see my natural hair growth, pics, and get answers to all of your questions that you previously had. This is the third month that I've been using rice water and I cannot believe how much my hair has changed. The benefits from it have made my hair shinier, stronger, thicker, and it has also repaired any damage that I had. I think that rice water is a great way to promote healthy hair. I'm going to continue to use this until I don't feel need use it anymore. Remember to always consult your health care professional if you are unsure about how or if this is a good idea to use rice water.
