Neptune T10 Water Meter - Changing the Register Orientation

Demonstration of changing the orientation of the register display on a Neptune T10 water meter. Simply pop the plastic pin through and twist the register off. re-orient the display to the desired position and re-insert the pin. DO NOT DO THIS ON YOUR CITY METER.
