Today's Tutorial Tuesdays is a super popular request that I've been getting lately! It's a Turtle, that's also a ninja! Heeeeyaw! This cool balloon animal figure uses 5 balloons. It's pretty impressive looking when you're done but it's also quick enough to be able to make it at birthday parties and other events. Hope you all enjoy this one!
