We all have a redline or a boiling point that can cause us to lose control or put us on a war path that we don`t want to embark upon.

That unwanted drama that can cause us to act out of chaacter and cross that line of no return.

There are some things that can trigger us, that will cause adverse behavioral actions that we should always try to avoid.

The best way to avoid such situations, is to know what these triggers are for us and then we can make wiser decisions in avoiding or defusing such situations before they get out of control.
