By no means am I claiming that I am lean or ripped 💀

But I’ve always been on the heavier side and it bothered me a lot when I was younger, especially when I was a kid, since I’ve always worn a bigger size than my friends, always weighed more than my friends.

A few years ago I’ve realized that the number on the scale means nothing. A woman heavier than me can be ripped and a woman lighter than me can carry more fat.

My point being, focus on yourself in this journey and don’t let the number on the scale determine your self worth ✨
