1. Have the right mindset
If you want to grow taller, then you must believe that you are taller and constantly getting taller.
Once you visualize yourself to be taller than you can definitely achieve it.
2. Do not care what other people think of you, if they call you shorty pants or duck legs or anything else, don’t mind it.
3. Stretch as many times as you can during the day. This will help your bones to grow rapidly and reduce muscular pull.
4. If you have a playground near you, go for a sprint run every morning.

5. The last and most important step of all is to sleep well;

Sleep at least 6 hours a day. You can sleep continuously for 6 to 8 hours or split the time.
Yes, you heard me right. Split sleeping is also very benefiting.
For example, sleeping 4 hours a day and 4 hours at night.
Or 6 hours at night and 2 hours a day.
This will not affect your height in anyway.
