Singapore Conference on the Future of Work 2019: Opening remarks by Guy Ryder, Director-General, ILO

The Government of Singapore, in collaboration with the social partners and in partnership with the ILO, hosted a regional tripartite conference on “Embracing technology for an inclusive growth” on 29-30 April 2019. The two-day conference brought together about 700 delegates from the ASEAN Member States as well as ASEAN’s Plus Six dialogue partners and other countries in the region discuss the recommendations of the report of the Global Commission on the Future of Work.
