Ingredients-

2 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 small yellow onion chopped
1 teaspoons minced garlic
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup white flour
2 teaspoons chicken seasoning or 1 chicken bouillon cube
Salt and pepper
2 cups of heavy cream or 2 cups milk (2% or whole. 1% works as a lighter but less creamy meal)
1 and 1/4 cups chicken broth
1 package (16 ounces) gnocchi
2 cups of diced chicken breasts
2 handfuls of spinach
1-2 cups parmesan cheese
