Be Fit Motivation have visited The Royal Marine Commando Training Centre in Lympstone, UK and put a civilian through one of the many tests that the recruits go through in their 32 weeks training.

''It was the HARDEST physical challenge I have EVER done IN MY LIFE and after seeing the dedication and mental dexterity of the recruits, it has given me an indescribable amount of respect and admiration towards them. Captain Morris’ guidance and belief in me made me complete the course to the best of my ability, and overcoming the ‘I can’t go on’ mindset is a teaching that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Thank you so much again to the Royal Marines for inviting me down to their training base, it was an experience I will never forget.''
