I was lucky enough to capture the go around of Ryanair flight FR3223 - EI-DCZ at Manchester Airport on Saturday 6 April.

The approach looked stable enough until the last minute and then the pilot in command decided to perform a go around and executed the missed approach procedure for runway 23R at Manchester Airport. The aircraft went to full power and climbed steeply away.

This is a perfectly safe and normal procedure and one the pilots train for on a regular basis.
