Morning routine breakfast only smoothies QUarantine Vlog #nuts #pomegrante #greek yogourt thanks!

Hello guys I use to have breakfast smoothie My day won’t complete with out a fruits in the table because I am dying if I don’t have breakfast smoothie.so what I did
Always present
1.) 1banana (smooth) nutrients potassium
2.)strawberry ,raspberry ,blackberry you can put a lit amount for those fruits together if you don’t have berries iether avocado , or melon , mango ,papaya ,pineapple ,melon ,any fruits tthise are vitamins A,B,C don’t mixed more than 4 different kind of fruits not good my advise don’t put apple or pears is taste different
3.)milk vit D
4.)pomegranate juice anti cancer or orange and mango juice vit.C optional I don’t put water or ice never
5.)Greek plain yougort 0% less sugar good for the heart disease
6.) mixed nuts like peanuts , almond ,cashew, or any nuts optional I do like it’s because of vit.E and D
