Boris Johnson 'should have done more' in regards to the pandemic, says Lee Cain during Covid inquiry
During the Covid Inquiry, Former Downing Street Director of Communications, Lee Cain said: "So, yes, the Prime Minister should have done more. But I think also, you know, the team around him and across Whitehall should have them."
