IVF के बाद क्या Precautions ले? (Care after IVF procedure)
1.IVF में ऐसा कोई rule नहीं है की कोई खाना खानेसे , ऑफिस जानेसे , bed-rest लेने से , दाएं या बाएं तरफ मुड़कर सोने से , खाने में नमक कम करनेसे या मीठा खानेसे आपका IVF Success Rate बढ़ सकता है।
2.IVF में ऐसा कोई भी diet नहीं है जो आपका success rate बढ़ा सकता है या कम कर सकता है। Patient को कोई Dietary restrictions नहीं होते।
3.IVF के बाद positional changes करने की कोई जरुरत नहीं है। Embryo Transfer के बाद 10-12 मिनट आपको सोना है और उसके बाद आप जो चाहिए वो आप कर सकती है।
4.IVF के बाद bed-rest लेने की कोई जरुरत नहीं है। Studies के अनुसार ऐसा सिद्ध हुआ है की bed-rest लेने से IVF Success Rate कम हो सकता है।
5.IVF के बाद, weight training यनेकी gym में जाके एक्सरसाइज करना , या heavy cardio करना टालना।
कोई भी नींद की स्थिति IVF Success Rate प्रभावित नहीं करता है, आप किसी भी आरामदायक स्थि ति में सो सकते हैं जो आप चाहते हैं।
6.IVF treatment के बाद किसी भी तरह के Diet में सुधार या कमी से IVF Success रेट नहीं बढ़ता।
7.IVF Success Rate , External factors पे निर्भर नहीं करता। वह तक़रीबन 35-40% के ही range में रहता है।
8.Yoga, Reiki और Acupuncture उपचार के प्राकृतिक रूप हैं। यह मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के साथ-साथ गर्भाशय की ओर रक्त के प्रवाह में सुधार करता है। लेकिन यह IVF Success Rate में सुधार नहीं करता है।
