We have a complete assembly line and professional technical research center,Press shop: boast heavy-duty equipment like 5000t hydraulic stamping, and produce body frame on its own; Body shop: automated mechanical convey and welding are adopted, with robot utilization ratio hitting 80%;Paint shop:cathodic EP process is adopted to improve the body’s corrosion resistance, and utilization ratio of painting robot hits 100%; Trim & Final Shop:adopt collection and allocation system for high-efficiency and precise operation
