Please Note: I was having technical issues whilst recording this: I had recorded the bulletin twice: on BBC One and BBC News, the BBC One recording was cut due to bad Wi-Fi - so the report at the beginning was cut, and BBC News joined the BBC News at One bulletin at 1:06pm due to the live PMQ's finished on BBC News.
