Moiwa came through with some very light, dry snow and excellent tree runs for testing out the Storm Chaser. We spent all day searching for fresh powder lines in the trees and the storm chaser was a great board for this type of snowboarding. Featuring a directional shape, wide nose, and 3D spooned contours on the nose and tail the Storm chaser offers an abundance of float, but is also very nimble able to make quick adjustments through the trees thanks to its short tail. While this snowboard does not offer much stability for choppy and variable terrain, it is an excellent choice for those deep days where you are looking for float and quick slashes.
