Early Ice SLAB Crappies (Location/Techniques)

Early ice is a great time of the year to get on hungry panfish especially crappies! We head up to the UP to fish with Pat from MAGS Custom Rods and he puts us on some slabs!

Vexilars, and Jiffys are essential tools this time of year to search and locate fish! We used the Bait Rigs Cobra jigs tipped with some Beavertail bait to get these fish to commit!
