Ejjeh - The Arabic or Middle Eastern Omelette | Dalia's Kitchen

I know it has been a while, and I am sorry for the disappearing act - but the honest truth is that having had my third baby, and an unexpected house move just got in the way my recipe videos :)

I'm working on posting more soon - with a twist - as usual! I so appreciate the growing numbers even though I am definitely not posting regularly, but it shows I'm on the right path. And a big Shukran to the lovely comments on the other videos. I LOVE. I really do! Especially the ones saying I should have much more subscribers LOL so please share this channel if you like what you see :)

I hope you enjoy this video - (I have no idea why I keep saying "Pouffed" does that even exist?! ) and pls try to make these. YOU WILL LOVE THEM! (Note need to fix something in the Koussah video that is why this is first btw)

Ingredients for the best Omelette ever - My mother's Ejjeh:

core, or inside of 20 or so zucchinis (Koussah)
2 - 3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
2 - 3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
3 - 4 heaped tbsp flour
pinch of white pepper
veggie oil for frying

Sahtein! xx D
