Having passed along Baikal, the participants of the rally-marathon turned towards the South to overcome a mountain pass, the highest point of which is 1100 meters above sea level and rush to Buryatia. The high-speed section between Baikal and Ulan-Ude was a little less than 208 kilometers along gravel and rocky roads, but the main feature of the section was that on mountain trails the width of the route was no more than the width of one truck.
