Your GuardianAngel may reach out of the spiritual realm and into the physical world to touch you while you're contacting him or her during prayer or meditation. It might be a hug of encouragement, a breeze indicating guidance, or a sense of someone sitting beside you so you know your angel is nearby. Here are ways your Guardian Angel might send you a message through touch: 
An Angel Hug 

When your Guardian Angel senses a moment when you might especially need encouragement, your  angel may embrace you in a way that feels as if another person is hugging you, yet no one is visible.  You might experience the embrace in the same way that you would feel a human embrace someone holding your hand, rubbing your hair, patting your shoulder or back, or hugging you. 

You might experience this hug when you're praying or meditating about something causing you great  pain, such as a trauma that you've experienced. 


A Warmer Temperature 

Since angels are full of warmth from the light they radiate, you might feel a sudden warm sensation durig  your prayer or meditation time. This type of touch sends a message that your Guardian Angel is watching over you and caring for you. 


An Electrical Current  

Angels work within light rays that contain electromagnetic energy. When your Guardian Angel is communicating with you about a matter of importance, you might sense that energy touching you, as if an electric current is flowing through your body. Though the sensation is powerful, it doesn't hurt you as high-voltage physical electricity would. 

A Guardian Angel who touches you this way is communicating a message designed to encourage you  to take an action that God wants you to do.
An Angelic Breeze 

Spirits often manifest in the physical world as wind, so your Guardian Angel might touch you as a gentle breeze brushing your face or ruffling your hair, or as a wind rushing around you. If you're praying or meditating inside with no windows or doors open, you'll know that any sudden breeze is likely coming from your Guardian Angel.

Another telltale sign is if air movement affects you but nothing else—papers on a nearby table, for example.

This type of touch often indicates that your Guardian Angel has some guidance or news to communicate to you. 
A Liquid Sensation 

When your Guardian Angel touches you, you might feel the sensation of warm, rich liquid, like honey or oil, pouring over you. Your angel may touch part of your body, such as your head, or you may feel the liquid sensation completely encompassing you. This type of touch is a message meant to convey deep, unconditional love.


A Sense of Someone Sitting Beside You 

You might feel the physical presence of your guardian angel sitting next to you on a sofa or chair,  wherever you're praying or meditating. You might see the impression of someone sitting there, such as  creases on a sofa or bed sheets, yet not a physical form. 

By sitting beside you, your Guardian Angel is sending you a message that he or she is listening carefully to your thoughts and feelings.
