**********Eggless Strawberry Cake*********

[ INGREDIENTS ]

🍁For Eggless Vanilla Cake:
6 inch round cake mould
1 cup all purpose flour/maida (120 gram)
1/4 cup milk powder (30 gram)
1 tsp baking powder (5 gram)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5 gram)
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 gram)
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp strawberry essence
1/4 cup milk
few drops of pink liquid food colour

🍁For sugar syrup:
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water

🍁For cream frosting:
1 & 1/4 cup chilled whipped cream
2 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp strawberry essence
2 tsp strawberry crush
few drops of pink liquid food colour

🍁For garnishing:
golden sugar balls

[1 cup= 240ml ]
