CARDIO HIIT + WEIGHTS TO THE BEAT 🔥 BURN CALORIES + BUILD MUSCLE 🔥 HIGH & LOW IMPACT SHOWN

Welcome to Cardio Party Mashup! We have a variety of workouts on this channel that will push you while exercising to the beat in a series of songs. Today's style of workout is a 20/20 Mixed Music Genre Cardio HIIT Beat + Body Sculpting Beat Workout. In this workout, you will first do 20 minutes of cardio routines followed by 20 minutes of weight routines. You will also be using different sets of dumbbells. I am using a pair of lighter dumbbells (5 pounds) for faster paced routines and heavier (8 pounds & up) for medium paced routines. So get ready to be challenged and have so much fun!

* Dumbbells Needed
(size 3-5 pounds for faster paced routines and size 8 pounds and up for medium paced routines)
* Full Warm Up
* Low & High Impact shown
* Full Cool Down
* Full Mat Stretch

*Routine Intensity Level Key*
Level 1 : Low-Moderate Intensity; slow-moderate paced movements (usually a warm up or a cool down routine). You should be able to talk during this intensity level.
Level 2: Moderate-High Intensity; fast paced movements; talking is more difficult as heart rate is higher.
Level 3: High-Very Vigorous intensity; strenuous and fast paced movements that are maintained and even increased throughout the routine; can’t say more than a few words because you are getting breathless.

*Some routines may be listed as in between two levels.
