WITCHES SPELL BOOK TUTORIAL ~HALLOWEEN HOCUS POCUS INSPIRED~

After deciding on a hocus pocus casper the ghost theme I had to come up with decorations. So naturally I wanted a fun spell book. After looking at store books I realized I could probably make these for far less. I was right!! Heres how I pulled together these frugal diy spell books for halloween.
