DW-291H vs DW-290, World Time or Mission Impossible?

Casio DW-291H review, vs Casio DW-290...Given the one digit difference in part numbers, piston shaped button protectors and identical unique grey colour resin construction, with approximately a 25 years span between the release of the Casio DW-290 and DW-291H, I thought I'd compare some of the features of these two heavy duty Casio watches.
