Finally, the great test of dubney, in a sandwich! Just kidding, I have no idea who or what Dubney was for this sandwich to be named the Dubney Sandwich. Still, it sounds pretty tasty for 1919. Today’s recipe is from the St. Francis Cook Book. Fun fact: the famous St. Francis Hotel, now the Westin St. Francis, opened in 1904 San Francisco.
