(2 Apr 2022) Residents of the coastal city of Odesa took advantage of a few hours of sunshine on Saturday afternoon to relax, one day after at least three Russian ballistic missiles were fired towards the region.

Moravinets went as far as to express optimism about the future of the country and city.
"I don't want to move anywhere because I believe that soon the situation will be calm and quiet and everything will be fine," said the 29-year-old seated in a little square in the center of the city.

The Ukrainian military said the Iskander missiles did not hit the critical infrastructure they targeted in Odesa, Ukraine's largest port and the headquarters of its navy.
