Why pay for dealership prices if this happens

What's going on everybody rob here with a little video about going to a dealership to have your vehicle worked on. And two separate dealerships had problem with the quality of work they did on my vehicles. So I spoke with a service manager today at a Chevy dealership. They put my oil filter on wrong last time they had a double gasket on my oil filter and I was spewing oil all over the place. They told me it would be $459 to fix it. I told him it is not the oil gasket it is the double gasket on my oil filter they put a double gasket on my oil filter which was causing the oil filter to leak. They could not understand their mistake I had to go back three times in order for them to just change the oil filter and properly put a oil filter on there. At a previous place at a dealership I had new tires put on and I was hearing a squeaking on one tire and a tire pulling to the side. The steering wheel pulling to the side. I took it back and the service manager told me he could not hear the problem after sitting with me in the car we finally heard the problem it turned out the mechanic that put the tire on put the wrong wheel weights on the tire on the rim and it was rubbing against the caliper. Today I went to the Chevy dealer and I talked with the manager I was supposed to get a free oil change today which I did because it took me three different times traveling back and forth to the dealer last time for them to correct my situation. So I did get my free oil change and I spoke with the service manager and I asked him well I come to the Chevy dealership for certified mechanics to work on my vehicle and I'm requesting that a certified mechanic do the oil change on my vehicle. The service manager told me all they have is apprentices to work on oil changes they do not have certified mechanics to do the oil changes. I said why would I come to the Chevy dealer to pay for a certified mechanic to work on my car when all you have is an apprentice to do my oil change I could do my oil change myself. This huge Chevy dealership told me they do only have two certified mechanics working in the dealership therefore they just have the apprentices doing the oil changes. I think that is so crappy if people are taking and paying the money for a certified mechanic to have an apprentice do the work period
