ALLUVIAL GOLD PROSPECTING - SLUICING FOR GOLD IN A BIG RIVER

In this video I talk about Sluicing for Gold in a "Big River". Big Rivers are a completely different dynamic to that of small creeks, for example; from how the water behaves to where and how they deposit gold. I mention the action of the riffles and what you should aim to get the water doing as it runs through your Sluice Box. I illustrate the use of River Rocks to set your Sluice Box. I also touch on one of my favorite places to look for gold in a Big River and exactly what I am targeting. I talk about processing materials before putting them through the Sluice box, and the panning the concentrates.
