Next Packaging's Automatic Volumetric Filling Machine is primarily used to fill various kinds of liquids like Water, Oil, Hand Wash, Juice, Phenyl, Detergent, Liquid soap, Milk, Lassi, Sugar Syrup, Hair gel, Honey, Shampoo, Hand Sanitizer and other liquids into various types of bottles/containers.
The process takes place on a continuous conveyor line with high precision. The user just has to manually place the bottles on the conveyor. Before filling, the hi-tech sensors check the presence or absence of bottle so that filling could take place accordingly.
The pneumatically-operated bottle stoppers at the entry and exit points of bottle ensure the machine's seamless operation. Its special feature is its 'Bottle Stop Mechanism'. Just place the empty bottles on the conveyor belt. Its 'bottle stop mechanism' would automatically stop empty bottles on conveyor below the nozzles to fill the empty bottles.
Just set the filling and conveyor speed as per your needs and leave the rest to our NRV-based automated machine for best results!
With high-quality conveyor system & bottle indexing mechanism, our fully automatic Volumetric Filling Machine runs smoothly.
Its 'No Bottle No Fill' mechanism does prevent spillage of liquid if flow of bottles is not continuously available.
Even you can set different filling volume with the help of a dosing block available in the model. This model is also equipped with A.C. frequency drive for accurate filling settings.
As per our clients' request, we can also upgrade the stainless steel syringes into SS 316, SS 316 L in this model. Usually offered in standard 4-Head model, we have also customization options, including 6-Head and 8-Head variants as well.
