🍫 sunday days / a vlog

Hi dear friends ✨

How are you doing ? School is supposedly going to start next week and we’re so not ready for it and hope that it will get delayed further…so we decided to film a vlog of our calm and not-so-productive day. Everything in this vlog was filmed on a Sunday and…yes..we really did not do much in particular but I still believe that we spent our day nicely.

I already mentioned it in the video but always remember that ‘you did well today’ and that we’re ‘proud of you’ and proud of everything you have achieved today.
It’s not always important to do much and to spend your day doing difficult things or to always be productive and to study…and it’s more than okay to do nothing for a day and to simply do things that are calming and relaxing.

We believe that baking, reading books, drawing, watching YouTube videos and Kdrama, playing games etc. can be very therapeutic and relaxing. It’s also very effective to get away from some thoughts and to simply relax.

In this video we made a (vegan) red bean brownie and it just tasted heavenly ! So if you also plan on baking during this isolation era we totally recommend doing it !
Here’s the recipe:
-80g oats : grind them in a blender to achieve a flour like consistency
-one vegan egg: one tbsp chia seed+4 tbsp milk/water
-2tbsp cacao powder
-1 pack vanilla sugar
-1/2 baking powder
-a pinch of salt
-1 cup milk/water
-agave syrup
-a can of red beans

Add nuts and chocolate to your liking to the surface of the brownie mixture

Mix all of them in a blender until you get a smooth consistency and bake it in the oven 200C for about 12-15 minutes.
Also…since Germany seems to be planning to open schools next week very seriously I (cloud) decided to actually prepare my school backpack TT It’s the Gaston Luga Classic Black backpack which was kindly sent to me by the Gaston Luga team. I’m immensely grateful for this opportunity and also very satisfied with the bag as it looks so petite and chic and still fits a lot.
