Introducing Jetprint Paint – a game-changing dual-tone painting technology, first implemented at Renault’s Maubeuge plant for the production of the Renault 4 E-Tech electric. Using two robotic arms, the roof and hood are painted in just 6 minutes, with no masking, no double baking, and no manual labor.

🔧 How does it work?
Jetprint Paint functions like an inkjet printer, spraying the second color with high precision using a variable-width jet – from 1 mm to 50 mm – depending on the design. This is a major shift from traditional spray guns, which cover broad areas (30–45 cm wide) using pressure and electrostatics, leading to overspray and waste.
