Very Best Chocolate Fudge Cake: Mary Berry Baking Bible Challenge, Episode 6

Hello everyone!
I have set my mind on making every single recipe from Mary Berry's Baking Bible ;) (There are more than 200 recipes...)
This is episode 6 and today we are making Mary Berry's "Very Best Chocolate Fudge Cake" - a cake I have made several times before for a chocaholic friend of mine.
I personally don't like chocolate, cake so I probably won't have a slice of it but I am bringing it as a gift (among other things) to a birthday/housewarming anyway.
