Mutton Nalli Recipe (Goan-Style Marrow Bones)
Ingredients
1. 1 kg mutton marrow bones (nalli)
2. 2 tablespoons oil
3. 1 onion, finely chopped
4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
5. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
6. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
7. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
8. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
9. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
10. Salt, to taste
11. 2 cups water
12. Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker or large pot.
2. Add cumin seeds, chopped onion, garlic, and ginger paste. Sauté until the onion is golden brown.
3. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
4. Add the mutton marrow bones and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add water and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles or cook in a pot for 1-2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
6. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired.
7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
