গাইবান্ধার এক প্রত্যন্ত গ্রামে সম্প্রতি এক পুলিশ সদস্য ও প্রবাসী পরিবারের এক নারীর ঘটনাকে ঘিরে ব্যাপক আলোচনার সৃষ্টি হয়েছে। বৃহস্পতিবার ২৩ অক্টোবর গভীর রাতে স্থানীয়দের হাতে সন্দেহজনক অবস্থায় আটক হন ওই পুলিশ সদস্য ও নারী। গাইবান্ধার সুন্দরগঞ্জ উপজেলার দহবন্দ ইউনিয়নের দক্ষিণ ধুমাইটারি গ্রামের বসুনিয়াপাড়ায় এ ঘটনা ঘটে। ঘটনাটি মুহূর্তেই ছড়িয়ে পড়ে এলাকাজুড়ে, আর সকাল থেকেই কৌতূহলী জনতার ভিড় জমে যায় বাড়িটির সামনে।
