QCT MR Assembling

The time has come for human-machine collaboration to achieve optimal precision, efficiency and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing. In QCT’s smart factory, mixed reality (MR) has been implemented to shorten the training time for new workers performing complex tasks such as server assembly.

In the QCT MR Assembling scenario, new workers can receive step-by-step virtual instructions to walk them through the process, which are based on the electronic standard operation procedures downloaded and projected in front of them in real time through a pair of AR goggles they are wearing. In addition to the training mode, the application also has a production mode to enable collection of operation data for further analysis, while continually providing assembly guides.
