WHAT I EAT IN A DAY: VEGAN DAY 13
Here is what I ate for day 13 of going vegan!
Breakfast: Cocao smoothie (1 frozen banana, almond milk, 2 mejol dates, raw vegan protein powder and cacao nibs!)
Lunch: Salad (mango, cabbage, hemp seeds, spinach, kidney beans, nutritional yeast, brocolli)
Dinner: Cabage patato soup (2 sweet patatoes, 1/2 onion, 1 large carrot, 2 veggie bouillon cubes, half cabbage, paprika, bit of coconut milk)
